The Magic Box

 

The story begins on a big farm in Denny. It was a bright sunny morning and it is about a little boy called Ryan who is 6 years old and his mums name was Stacey and his dads name was Darren. There were lots of fields on the farm. He has a dog called Benjy and he has pigs, cows, sheep and chickens. Ryan is an only child his mum is expecting a baby soon so he wont be an only child anymore. Ryan's farm was for sale because they needed a bigger house. Ryans mum was due in three weeks. They are supposed to be moving out tomorrow so they have one more night to stay on the farm. The farm has 4 bedrooms,1 bathroom,a kitchen,a livingroom and it also has a driveway. The next morning they got a phone call from the hospital it turns out Ryans mum wass having twins. Soon after they got another phone call it was the estate agent saying that someone had bought the house for £75,000 which is a lot of money. While Ryans dad was packing up the van Ryan went for a last look around the house. He went up the loft to see if there were any last minute things. Ryan went up into the attic and saw a box it was glowing so he picked it up he didn't have time to open it so he put it in the sandpit for someone else to find. So he ran over to the van.

 

 

CHAPTER 2!!!

The new people that were moving into the house were moving in tomorrow. The people in the family are two twins called Nicola and Chloe they have a big brother called Marc and a big sister called Sami and there mums name is Sarah. As soon as the twins got out of the car they ran round to the back garden to play in the sandpit. When they opened the sandpit they saw the box. It was gold and glowing. The twins had never seen anything like it. ...... to be continued

 

 

Self Evaluating My Story

I enjoyed reading my story but at some parts it got a bit boring.

I thought the best parts were when the twins found the box and when i was telling you about everyone.

The words that explain my story are Boring and easy to read

I think it is boring because nothing exiting really happens.

It is easy to read because it is clear.

The best part is when the twins find the magic box.

I am pleased with my beginning because it is catching.

The storyline is easy to follow.

Angela

 

On our way into the hotel we bumped in to Angela she was going to the shop on her bike.She invited us to her party she was going to be 8 years old it sounded great because she was having a magic show and she was doing it all by herself.Iwent inside and asked my mum if i could go and i was allowed.to go.So me and Daniel went up to my room to pick out what to wear.daniel wasn't going to the party,he was going to his grans to stay over because his mum and dad were working tomorrow.I had ages to go it didn't start till 6 o'clock and i still had have to have my lunch and dinner.Dinner time came and i had pasta for my dinner.It was great because my mum has a secret ingredient but she won't tell anyone what it is and i want to know.

                                        It is time for the party so my mum drove me to the  community centre where it is.I was thinking it would all go wrong or Angela would do a big prank.By the time we got there nobody was there so we sat in the car for half an hour.We ended up there at half past five half an hour early.When Angela came we went inside and i helped her set up the show.10 minuetes later everyone turned up this was ging to be fun.We got to pick which food we wanted off the menu i picked pizza.2 of my favrouite meals in one day great.We had ice cream for desert.When the show was about to start the lights went down and we sang happy birthday to Angela and she got a big shock.The show went on for an hour.Her first trick was pulling a rabbit out of a hat and her last trick was being put in a box then dissapearing.So she bot in a box and a famous magician came out and said a spell then he opened the box.Angela was gone.The magician told us not to panic but Angela wasn't coming back.We thought it was a prank but it wasn't.When Angela finally came out of the box everyone was so relieved she was back.She didn't know where she had been.I don't want anything to happen to her ever again!!!!                                  Easter 

 

Next week is easter Sunday and my mum and Rachael's mum are putting an easter hunt on for all our friends at my house.We have to find all the pink eggs and we get a prize me and Rachael were searching the house for the prizes because we wanted to know what some of them were.One of the prizes was two real bunnies my mum must have been hiding them  and feeding  them everyday because we were told not to go into that room.Another prize was a chocolate easter egg and an easter egg shaped as a bunny.We just couldn't wait so we went round the doors and gave evryone there invitations.We gave most of the invitations to our family like our cousins,grans,aunties and uncles.We invited some of our friends like Connie , Ryan , Marc , Lisa , Jeanan and lots more.We were so exited that my mum had to take us to do loan a pony for a day at welsfeild farm to calm us down.After that we even got to go to Pizza hut for lunch i had a cheese and tomato Pizza the same as Rachael.Rachael was staying at my house all week.It was going to be great.We will talk about easter and eating all our easter eggs.Five minutes after we got in the house someone knocked on the door.It was Kayleigh she just came to tell us she couldn't make the easter hunt because she had to pack for moving to Australia.The week passed by quickly and it was soon Easter Sunday.The Easter hunt started at 1 o'clock but everyone was early they turned up at 12 o'clock instead.There was lots of food like mini pizza's, sausagerolls, sausages, lots of juice, jelly and ice cream there was also cakes.My mum shouted us all through to the living room where the hunt was going to start.So she told us we were each to find 6 pink eggs then go back to the living room.She told us that the eggs were in the house in the front and the backgarden.After we had all found our 6 eggs we gatherd round in a circle on the floor and my mum handed us our prizes.I got one of the bunnies and Rachael got the other one.I decided to call my rabbit Toodles he is black and white and very cute.Rachael decided to call her rabbit Snowie and it is just plain white he's not as cute as Toodles.Shhhhhh don't tell her i said that!!!!!         

 

                                                                                The Fight              

 

Narrator: Marc and Chloe are fighting over the computer, there not sure who's turn it is.There mum's gone shopping and there dad's at work.They're left in the house alone!!

 

Chloe: It's my turn on the computer!

 

Marc: No it's my turn, you had a shot yesterday!

 

Chloe: yeah but I was doing my homework now I want to listen to music and play games!

 

Narrator: Marc and Chloe started fighting over the mouse!

 

Marc: Well that's tough (Marc takes the mouse)

 

Chloe: Give me the mouse (Chloe takes the mouse)

 

Marc: No i'll have the mouse thank you (He snatched the mouse)

 

Chloe: Now look what you've done you broke the mouse, I'm telling mum when she gets back!

 

Marc: Mum's back, lets see who's turn it is!

 

Chloe: Your in trouble because you broke the mouse, you won't get a shot!

 

Marc: Wait a minute if the mouse is broken no one can go on the computer

 

Chloe: Thanks to you

 

Marc: No, thanks to you

 

Chloe: No, Thanks to you

 

Narrator: It turned out no one was allowed on the computer, but they couldn't go on anyway!!

 

Narrator: They had to nagotiate and they shook hand and stopped fighting!

 

Chloe: Let's stop fighting!

 

Marc: Yeah!
